Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Aerialetics strives to ship every order as soon as possible.  Please allow 1-4 days processing time depending upon the product type. Custom items can take 2-4 days to create.  Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way.  Be sure to whitelist www.aerialetics.com so that your notification emails will be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping to most countries. The list is regulated by certain government agencies and changes from time to time.  Please refer to your country’s agreement with the United States. When applicable, shipping charges and options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipping expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

The Customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Aerialetics is not  responsible for delays due to customs. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Aerialetics complies with all government mandates that require proper product descriptions and pricing to be provided on customs documentation.  No exceptions will be made on any shipment in regards to the statement of goods.
